Novosibirsk is the third largest city in Russia. It is home to the Siberian Academy of Sciences and boasts the largest opera house in the whole of Europe. You will be surprised to find the sunny and warm foreigners in this cold Siberian city - Chris Tara-Browne from California and Michael Martines from Cuba. The first has opened a café in Novosibirsk, while the second is teaching people how to dance salsa.
