A proposed takeover in Russia's telecoms sector is making news in Davos. Vympelcom's planned acquisition of Global Telecom could see the creation of the country's biggest integrated operator. In an interview with RT in Switzerland, head of Vympelcom, Aleksandr Izosimov, said strong cash flow and high returns meant investors were still attracted to the telecoms market.
