Ukraine's Central Election Commission has registered Yulia Timoshenko's bloc for participation in the upcoming parliamentary elections. The move comes after a Kiev court forced it to reconsider its decision to ban the party because of a failure to provide full addresses of its candidates.
Supporters were excited to get the news from the CEC, with some people singing and dancing.
