Chanterelle mushrooms in sour-cream (Лисички в сметане)
Overview
Russians love mushrooms and cook hundreds of dishes using them. This is one of the simplest ever.
Ingredients
0.5 lb sour cream
1 can pre-cooked chanterelles
Cooking
Drain the mushrooms so that there is no liquid left, fry with a bit of butter till they acquire a slight golden tint, add sour cream and cook for 5-7 minutes on a medium-slow heat, mixing it all the time.
