Fast and simple way of cooking pork Russian style.
Whisk an egg till you get foam, mix with a lot of salt and pepper. Take a nice thin pork chop, dip it into the egg, then roll it in the flour and fry. You can make it more delicious if you add onions cut into big chunks and some hot water into the same frying-pan, cover it with a lid, and stew it for some 15 more minutes.
