Simple and very tender squash pancakes that take only a few minutes to cook.
Peel the squashes, grate them on a big-hole grater, add an egg and flour, put in some salt and ground black pepper, and then mix well. Now you simply need to fry the pancakes in oil on a medium fire. They must be rather small, 3 should fit in an average frying pan, so just put a tablespoonful of the squash mix on the hot frying-pan, and the mix will take the needed shape itself. Fry from both sides, serve hot with sour-cream.
