Impressionism or a blurry view

It's raining in Moscow.
Keep in mind she's no eye-candy even in the sunshine, the rain makes the old hag look desperate.
She's no longer "Moskva Zlatoglavaya" (gold-domed Moscow, called that for the numerous orthodox churches showing off their golden domes in sunny weather). No. Now she's gray, dull and well... looks her age- 862.
Anyways, this glum palette sets me into a very Katy Moran mood.
As a UK based artist she must know a thing or two about the rain.
As for me, I just can't wait for the weather to get back to its normal +30c sizzling heat to go wakeskating.
Hopefully Obama’s visit will change the colour of the sky to blue.
His visit will definitely paralyze the city's traffic though.

Your impressionism/blurry view is wonderfull.Weather changes always rain can not be constant throughout the year,sun will come out and every body will be happy enjoying summer time. Hey I'm behind world news a little bit, let's me know did the rain reduced a bit and the bluesky occured when Obama payed a visite in moscow?
