No matter how skillful, fingers get tired playing the guitar. But a German musician has managed to pluck the strings of his instrument for 17 hours, 21 minutes and two seconds without a rest, breaking his own world record for longest guitar solo.

Thom Kubli started playing at 10am and didn't stop until 03:21am the next day. According to the rules of the music trial, intervals between the sounds had to last no longer than 10 seconds.

The indefatigable musician reportedly stunned the audience and a representative of the Guinness Book of World Records in a local arts center in the Northern Spanish city of Gijon.

Kubli has beaten his previous world record, also established in Spain earlier this year, when he played in Vigo for 12 hours, 7sur7 website informed.

With music and other things, quality over quantity.

Pretty good for a guy who's girlfriend says he can't last 5 minutes in
bed with her.
