No more blond locks for Sharapova

Russia’s highest-ranked tennis player, Maria Sharapova has cut it short. The blonde beauty unveiled a new stylish haircut on her Facebook page and immediately collected tens of thousands of “likes” from her fans.

­Sharapova uploaded two photographs to the album “New look” on Tuesday April 17.

“So what do you guys think?? I kind of love it!” Sharapova wrote under the pictures.

Over 12 hours the pictures managed to collect over 60,000 “likes”, proving that the athlete’s fans kind of love it too.

Maria Sharapova has had long hair for most of her career. She is currently in the second place in the Women's Tennis Association rankings after Belarusian Victoria Azarenka.
