A rare man has no fear of heights. Now, newly weds who are already high on life will soon be able to register their marriage with a breathtaking (and potentially knee shaking!) view of Moscow 80 meters off the ground.

The Registry Office for marriages is due to finally open its doors on the Zhivopisny (Picturesque) Bridge this December in the Russian capital.

In fact, the venue was initially conceived as a restaurant. But just when it was about to open, it was suddenly discovered that the eatery lacked one vital ingredient – toilets.

So it was “logically” decided to turn it into a… Registry Office for marriages. The Moscow authorities are expected to earmark $20 million on the revamp. It's still unclear though, whether toilets will be provided to the newlyweds.

If not, the newly-born husbands and wives will be given their first lesson of a happy marriage – one in patience.

more "fun" stuff to make me hate my life and make me want to inflict bodily harm on others while reminding me why I'd shoot myself before hooking up with my prince charming.  Animals should regard their intincts as insightful. Then welfare came along, and I'm happy.  Leave me alone.  Of course, Obama is trying to be efficient and kill only the useless eaters.  Threaten me with death and watch me panic only to do extremes again.  Then he gave me a lobotomy.  Maybe that'll make me follow him.  Not.  I can only be so nice, honestly.

No bathrooms? I think the drivers on this bridge are in for a nasty surprise.
