job standing by Russia this long, maybe that is why your country is deteriorating.  We in America are trying to get the ban lifted on your country, but if you knew how the Economy works.  The Embargo is kind of helping other countries.  The Embargo will be lifted friend.

A big thanks to Fidel for having spared Cuba fast food, trashy pop star antics and the current IMF and Whoooooore Bank (i.e. the World Bank)-inspired financial crisis.

Oviously Cuba would not be there now without the selfless Soviet help. It is great to see that nowadays Russian and Cuba enjoy mutual good relations.

So Cuba is not alone!!! Most countries in South America are now run by leftist or left-leaning governments who have rejected the IMF and Whoooooore Bank fascist policies, to the point that all the fascist financial mafia of the West is now irrelevant in most of South America.

Well done Cuba, Well done Fidel. Being from a different generation, he may disagree with me but my final message to the IMF and the Whoooooore Bank is get my middle finger salute to you and all your lackeys LOL

Interestingly, Cuba is well situated to survive the imminent worldwide economic collapse; when The Soviet Union fell apart, Cuba lost all it's energy and food imports and subsidies, and was forced to make use of all small plots of land for food production. This continues today, and will be a model for survival in the post collapse world. Imagine if the U.S. ripped up a major percentage of the lush green lawns that do nothing but soak up water, fertilizer, herbacides and our precious Saturday afternoons, and devoted that land to food production. That's essentially what Cuba did, although they admitedly didn't  have the U.S. lawn fetish, but that just gives us more potential.

And rightfully so… a living example of a leader who firmly stood whole his life for a humane cause. In the end he managed to transform most of L America.
