Well, I'm impressed with her, but she isn't especially dressed to impress more than any other young person in a similar social-political event because the scarf and fur coat in a Moscow winter isn't extravagant. For those who don't know, wearing sunglasses hides the eye-tearing that comes with being out in brutal -20C air. At both the pro and anti Putin rallys, there are lots of trendy dressers - and some not-so-trendy too. Many young people from professional classes at the anti-Putin rallys, and at the pro-Putin rallys, many older, working-class people who could NEVER afford Rolex watches. 
Some Russians are looking at the cultural or rallys closely now, and observing where the trendy go to plot tactics (like the Jean Jacques coffee shop in Moscow), their evolving language codes to describe their rally efforts and the changing political scene. 
Its an exciting time leading up to 4 March election - and beyond! Change is in the air, and even President Putin knows that his next term will be very different from previous - the oppositions are watching and are active. 
For foreigners, its great to get onto twitter, LiveJournal, facebook, vkontakte to follow what the activists are doing - but also to scan the tv news coming from cities far from Moscow to see what THEIR political cultural is about.
