My Favourite Russian Authors are Leo Tolstoy, Fyodor Dostoyevsky and of course Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn. As for Pushkin, well it can be said that his Brilliance was Exclusively attributable to his European Heritage not his African roots which He unfortunately Glorified.
Bitter truth is today, similar just before the rise of Pushkin, Russia is falling into the yoke of European imperialism. This is primary reason why today many Russians prefer to speak English and live in England and the U.S than speak in Russians and live in Russia. What Russia needs today is another great Pushkin to reinvigorate the language and culture and great military warriors such as Ivan Abramovich Gannibal and Abram Petrovich Gannibal. How shocking and shameful that despite Africa’s immense gift to Russia, urban youth in Russia’s cities are fearful of people with black skin. This is one of the toxic legacies of the moral decline of Russia after the fall of the Soviet Union. Look what sort of culture Russia is producing today. Now they are even producing great epic stories such as the battle of Stalingrad is cheap enter-tain-ment trash-y Hollywood style experience! But this is progress and a clear sign of becoming "European" for the emerging Post-Soviet Russia.
Russians don't need Africans to Re-invigorate their Culture, Only Russians can do that and are doing it, Let Africans take care of their own problems back Home but We Russians will do just Fine and as For those so-called Russians who want to leave, well let them leave, they don't belong to the New White Russia!
BitterTruth Yes, Russia needs Africa in the same way Africa needs Russia! Because Africa’s immense gift to Russia-which is really only the gift of God and nature cannot be matched by anything Europe did for Russia. There is nobody like Pushkin in Russia’e entire literary history. So stop the lies. Russia needs to stop genocide against its culture and language which are currently being polluted by Hollywood whilst Russia’ bodies are being increasingly polluted and wasted by GMO food imported by the United State whist Samuel Eto is trying to restore Russia’s place in football glory. Africa has never harmed Russia. All the historical and current harm to Russia has always came and is at present coming to Russia from racist Europe and not from Africa. Can you imagine what 10 Samuel Eto’s can do for Russia football and what another African Pushkin can do for Russia literature! Hillary Cliton was stupid when she called for mass immigration of Africans to Russia but Russia does need selective immigration of very talented Africans. History supports how important Africa’s influence in Russia has been.
