Descendants of the renowned Aleksandr Pushkin are heading to his motherland for the first world reunion of the offspring of Russia’s most celebrated poet.
The forum is set to mark the 210th anniversary of Pushkin’s birth and will take place in the Russian capital on June 4.
The poet’s relatives are coming to Moscow from all over the world including Morocco, Europe, Hawaii and other parts of America.
The headquarters of the festive event will be at the Aleksandr Pushkin museum which will host two special exhibitions in the heart of Moscow, entitled ‘My Ancestry’ and ‘Money-Pushkin-Money’.
