From ‘Man in Black’ to Russian billionaire: Businessman Rybolovlev buys actor’s home

Russian potash billionaire Dmitry Rybolovlev is supposedly the new owner of Hollywood actor Will Smith’s mansion in Hawaii.

­According to the Forbes magazine, the mansion was bought by Smith in 2009 for $13.5mn and has been purchased by Rybolovlev for $20mn.  

The 205-square meter house on a 2.8 hectare plot has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It comes with tennis and volleyball courts and a swimming pool.

Last year Rybolovlev purchased the most expensive New York apartment at 15 Central Park West for $88 million. He also acquired Donald Trump's villa in Palm Beach Florida for $100 million.

43-year-old Rybolovlev is the 93rd richest person in the world with a net worth around $9.5 billion from being the boss of the Uralkali business. He is said to be a resident of Monaco and owns FC Monaco.

People in Berezniki need new homes because this man is creating a big sinkhole in their town. Shame on Will Smith! Boycott his movies.
