This years drought is focusing concern on Russian agriculture, with crop forecasts being slashed, but meteorologists say climate change could make them a common occurrence.

You people of the press are absolutely ridiculous! The climate change may make Russia's bread backet into a dust bowl! OMG one summer and we have a dust bowl!!! GOD HELP US!!!! You have politicized the environment and climate so bad that everything is always doom and gloom! The past 3 summers were abnormally cold. We had a horible winter that was very cold and now we have a very hot summer at last and it is death and disaster. I think there are more effective ways of finding funds for agriculture than scaring the public into "The Day After Tomorrow" events.
