For the first time a Russian aerospace company is to assemble western helicopters.
AgustaWestland of Italy has struck a deal with OPK Oboronprom. The Italian firm says there is growing demand in the CIS for its AW139 twin-engine helicopter.
The agreement was signed at the Farnborough International Airshow.
