Boeing looks to Skolkovo as US and Russia link up on technology

Russia and the United States have agreed to jointly work on innovative breakthroughs, with Dmitry Medvedev meeting Barack Obama in Washington, after the Russian President's Silicon Valley visit.








Some simple test questions: 1. Who will own the IP? 2. How will that IP be linked to individual innovation? 3. Who will own the cash from the end products? Simple questions, difficult results! You can jump directly to the two possible results if you like: A. Innovative economy with Innovators getting rich and leading companies. B. Engineers and technologists on the daily treadmill, earning a living, providing technology for the corporate Seaguls to fly away with and drop that package all over you. So what is it to be A or B? Its just the marking scheme you have to fathom!
