Russia MUST once and for all set up the commodities exchange in St. Petersburgh ( minerals - oil - gas - produce etc. ) with its natural port and exchange using rubles or, better, a new currency in harmony with China , India, Brazil etc. . The Euro has lost its ways and the Dollar has become a nominal currency. Ciao. Triste in Trieste
