Russian truck maker Kamaz says Daimler will take a controlling stake in the company. But the German automaker is expected to push first for a better price.

There is something wrong in the assumption on how much it takes to develop a new model. I am sorry, but these businesspeople just do not get it. They need to get off the back of the government, and stop asking for preferences. They need to understand their current market, and target new markets, before plunging more money into theories.
