Deripaska 'optimistic' about commodities prices

The billionaire shareholder in Russia’s Rusal aluminium company Oleg Deripaska talks about commodity prices in an interview with RT.
He doesn’t expect significant growth in the next six months, but is "optimistic about the second half of the year.”
Deripaska explains how he thinks his business will be affected by Russia’s entry into the WTO.
He looks ahead to how the economy will fare in 2012, and what changes in Government and Central Bank policy he would like to see.
