Let's just say our politicians need to do what's best for Russia not the EU and USA. World Trade Organization will not magically bring anything to Russia. Russia's economy does well without it and has all it needs from itself and its own trade partners. If our politicians fail to represent the interests of Russia above all else, they'll will have to deal with us the people. We do like to take to the streets as we are easily bored in the home. They should remember this when making policies.

Artyom is absolutly right. The WTO is an other western (USA, E-U) manipulated global institution. Russia is practically self-sufficient and has a good reputation as a business partner. She does not need to join a failing system which has abused so many peoples. If Russia and other CEI states do enter; they must do it on their own therms; nothing else. Sincerely. Jean-Claude Meslin
