Russia's leading fertilizer producer has launched an $80 mln plant to produce one of the best-used fertilizers in developed countries, adding to Russia’s export portfolio.

Russia should be carefull and not over-use fertilizers and chemical productc to gain productivity. Your experts should go see what happened in many ereas of the american Middle-West. Soils have also limits ! In June 2009, in the Orenburg-Region, I saw some huge wheat-growing lands in very good health. Don't wreck them !
