Russia seems unlikely to significantly lower the price Ukraine has to pay for gas as the Ukrainian Prime Minister held talks with Gazprom and Vladimir Putin in Moscow.

Ukraine and Russia having been united for a long time; Kiew having been the Empire capital, there is no need to reset anything. Naturally in our money enslaved World, full of foreign interferences, now, everything has a price. How to avoid for the relations between the two countries to be directly linked to the price of gas.
