The plan as outlined is good,But what must be taken into consideration is all the indirect jobs related to Avtovaz in this town, There are 100 thousand people directly employed but another 200 thousand rely on this massive plant for employment. The problem faced is immense. Other industries are in the same position one factory or mine providing the communities employment and income. Avtovaz is a blue print for the future, the authorities must get it right, many in a similar position are watching in worried anticipation. Good luck.
