Russia's Finance Minister has warned of "more skeletons in the closet" for the country's banking sector, as the head of Citigroup says a "shadow banking system" remains unregulated.
While Russia's Finance Minster Aleksey Kudrin continues to warn of banking instability, Nouriel Roubini, Professor at New York University - also known as Dr. Doom - expressed more optimism.
