A new law to regulate foreign investment in Russia's strategic sectors could be passed in a month, and the CEO of the Association of European Businesses in Russia, Dr Frank Schauff, commented to RT on the issue.
"Up to date there is no legislation, but none the less there were some decisions made in the past regarding foreign investments but the legal framework was not clear. And if this law is going to make a clear legal framework and if it is going to provide clear decision-making process, which the foreign investor can also stick to, this would be useful thing certainly for investments.
