Key nations hold off on Nabucco

Key gas producers, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan have held off on signing a declaration on the Nabucco gas pipeline project, signed between the EU Turkey, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Egypt on Friday.
