Lukoil free to buy Moscow network

The Federal Antimonopoly Service has cleared Lukoil to buy the Grand filling station network in Moscow. The Association Grand network, with its 95 stations in Moscow, has been a RussNeft franchise since 2005.
It controls 12% of the fuel market in Moscow and suburbs.
Lukoil which was long rumoured to be interested in Grand has filed for clearance in January.
