Russia should make FTA contracts with Brics and CIS countries. And the currencies fot the tradings between them will be Roubles. First of all, the payments for the Russian resorces and energies whould be Roubles, not dallars and euro. In specipically, The cueencies should be Rouble and Uen in the case of trades to and from China. It will make a stability of roubles and uen because the trades beteween Russia and China must be a trade in equilibrium! Absolutely stable currency rate!

International reserve currency should be based on a strong, worker based economy. Now that nobody in the US works anymore, and we buy all of our goods from overseas and outsource most of our work and have a huge illegal workforce because labor is unfitting for us, how can we have a strong dollar?? It seems we were asleep while the money changers took advantage of us all. For now the whole world seems to be the "third world."
