Norilsk Nickel has called an Extraordinary General Meeting for October 21. The move comes after 25% shareholder, Rusal, disputed the June AGM, pushing for arbitration involving it and rival shareholder Interros.

Aluminium giant, Rusal, has filed a law suit against Norilsk Nickel in the Krasnoyarsk arbitration court for failing to provide voting ballots from the annual general meeting in June.
It could be worse. They could be shooting at each other, like in the "good old days".
