Russia became the biggest producer of diamonds in 2009, overtaking Botswana. And while there might be competition for market share, officials from the two countries think there is more space for cooperation.

Creating of consortium for diamond sale and creating prices similiar to OPEC or GECF for oil and gas. That would be good.
