Russia will remain China and India’s corner stone for energy for many years, says Fatih Birol, Chief Economist from the International Energy Agency. But it needs to invest more into the industry and learn to save energy.
For now Europe pays more and better than China....And that is why Russian energy exports lead mainly to Europe. Still has not arrived the day when China pays as much as Europe.
Efficiency is necessary to have more room to maneuver keeping exports at a lower price and cover the internal market.
