My sympathy goes out to the poor rich of Russia. Perhaps if they had been taxed a little more around the world {rich from all countries} then the world would not find itself in this economic mess. Why would any one individual want to be worth in excess of sixty billion dollars? This is obscene when a lot of people cannot afford to buy food. So, don't lose a lot of sleep worrying about the "poor rich".
