Russia seeks to reassure Balkans on energy

At the Southeast Europe Energy Summit, the Russian leadership is seeking to reassure Balkan countries of Russia's remaining their best energy partner. Recently there have been moves in the region to avoid 'over-dependence' on Russian energy resources.
