I am working to bring foreign investors into Russia and I am always asked the same questions...risk, risk, risk and treatment by the state. Russia needs to enhance its reputation on dealing with foreign direct investment. The same questions do not come up with fellow BRIC countries. It is felt business can only work if Government gets directly involved, this can't be good for growth and must frustate new business development.
