Then I see no point for Japan to provide Russia any tech as it was signed when Putin came to Japan. If Russia possess already the trustworthy tech that can control 100% safe use of nuclear energy, Russia can go by itself into the world demands of making the nuclear reactors. We are not keen at all to bring our own tech to the outside world. If there requires the reactor construction, we do it by ourselves and it is way more profitable. We love to have the relationship progress with Russia. But only we loose after all, we are not so keen to progress the treaty with Russia unfortunately...
