Russian 4X4 to be built in Egypt

Russia's largest carmaker, AvtoVaz, is planning to start production of its Niva off-road vehicles in Egypt in 2008. The cars, popular at home, will be produced by Lada Egypt at an assembly plant that already makes Ladas from Russian parts.
Avtovaz, based in the city of Tolyatti in Samara region, says it's planning to produce and deliver about a thousand Niva components for assembly in Egypt next year.

I want to know where is this factory? and where are these new cars? I'm from Egypt and want to buy a new Niva car but in fact there aren't any please support me with enough information about the factory and the new production line also give me the address of the car suppliers in Egypt to facilitates the process of buying anew Niva car.
