Nargiz Asadova from Kommersant Newspaper and Andrey Komarov from management consultancy PricewaterhouseCoopers discuss the Russian car production slump and government activity attempting to prop up the ailing industry.
I think that the Russians need to export their cars. If they can make a good price point in America, then they might be able to outsell American, Korean and Japanese cars if their mpg is good.

I feel bad for the guy, he cannot state his opinion in a clear fashion because he does not speak English well enough. But in all honesty, I agree with the women. I am patriotic, but I think Russia's strengths lie elsewhere, and her proposed idea to allow foreign companies to takeover the car manufacturing plants is good and serves to benefit the interests of the majority of the people involved in this. The only foreseeable problem is that it might be hard to find a buyer at this particular time.
