Russian steelmaker claims another U.S. scalp

The Evraz steel group is to buy American firm Claymont Steel Holdings for $US 564 million.
Evraz will pay $US 23.50 per share for the Delaware-based metal manufacturer.
That's around 19% over the market price.
Claymont will become a subsidiary of Evraz once the deal is complete.
