Russians pour cash into overseas investments

The amount of money invested overseas by Russians has soared by 56 per cent in the past 12 months. It now stands at more than $US 54 billion.
The Federal State Statistics Service says cumulative investment abroad stood at $US 28 billion at the end of September.
The top destination for investment by Russian firms was the United States, followed by Cyprus and Austria.
