Just 100 Kms from Moscow and 3 hours drive? That´s too much. A similar distance between Western European cities takes less than hour (superhighway) or 1.5 hours (national highway)
The last paragraph should say "one of the largest assembler" in Europe, instead of the largest, because Germany, Spain, France, Britain and Italy already assemble more than 1 million cars.
