Sberbank CEO, German Gref, says his company is prepared to bring litigation against GM after it backed out of selling its German arm, Opel, to the Magna-Sberbank consortium.

When Henderson says "GM has already started to repay" to Germany the bridge loan...I'll believe it when I see it! And GM's Public Relations people are asking each other why the US public likes Honda so much better as a car company...that should be fairly evident.
