South Stream is moving away from the drawing board, with handshakes this week in Milan Belgrade and Saint Petersburg, underlining its approaching reality.
Will Turkey be anymore reliable then Ukraine?. Turkey wants to join EU, France, Germany and some other EU members do not want Turkey as a full member. The South Stream line through Turkish territory could give it leverage
