Russia eyes luxury tax

Russia plans to introduce a tax on luxuries eyeing the European experience, although many experts doubt this ‘Robin Hood’ initiative will be successful.
Im not taxing the drilling in Antarctica, so we be.....
From what I have seen , it might be an idea to get the super rich of Russia to pay the taxes they should under the present laws rather than impose new taxes which will probably hit consumers of modest means. Russia, with its huge natural resources and so many talented and hardworking people , should have one of the highest standards of living in the world . It is sickening to see thugs and crooks who have robbed Russia throwing millions around London while ordinary and decent people in Russia struggle to make ends meet.
They should put a 10,000% tax on Vodka.

So much Russian tax on natural resource commodities like oil and minerals, but so little on income taxes and consumption taxes. This will be a big challenge for the next finance minister to come to terms with - an income tax system NOT filled with loop-holes and prone to corruption and manipulation.
Well, with this luxury tax maybe Bogdanov will not move back to Russia! I would like for him to stay in the USA and continue with his work. There are at least 28 Russian comminities in the USA.
CZECH USURY – ALCOHOL; The same as high taxes on tobacco and cigarettes are request for high taxes on alcohol. Ultra-Orthodox Judaism also restricts to drink alcohol. Doctors do false claim again and say tobacco, cigarettes and alcohol is the first step to take drugs. It is Jewish game of lies and opposites again. Person who smokes and drinks alcohol usually do not take any drugs. Drug addicts strictly refuse alcohol and tobacco. Every human being need a substance for a joy and alcohol and tobacco are good non-detrimental substances. Even doctors plead small daily amount of alcohol is good for health. If government restricts alcohol then come very quickly Jews and their drug dealers and offer to people another joy – drugs. Drugs quickly and finally destroy human brain and drug addicts have to have full obedience to their drug dealer not to government. Jews are interested in stupid and full obedient people. People have to work to earn money, of course. But as an award for a work people want also a joy. Only communists (it is Jewish ideology) claimed people do not work for money but consciously; it is nonsense, of course. If government do high taxation of alcohol and tobacco then people is going to lose motivation to work and will swear at government and government is going to fall. Then will come Jews and give to people drugs for joy and will create Jewish ultra-Orthodox government. In the USA was full prohibition of alcohol and it led to the Great Crash in 1929 year because people had lost motivation to a work. In Soviet Union President Mikhail Gorbachev created a full prohibition of alcohol and therefore he lost support of nation, nation lost motivation to work and to defence of fatherland and it destroyed Soviet empire in 1990. I have to plead sometimes some people drink too much and lay on a street but it has be solved by higher public education not by higher taxes. There are lots car crashes with dead people every day and nobody want to cancel cars. I agree tobacco and alcohol are not good for young people; ones have to do study and sport and love.
