World Investment Report shows Russia moving into 5th position

The U.N. Conference on Trade and Development has released its World Investment Report, placing Russia in 5th position for Foreign Direct Investment inflows over 2007-2008, behind the U.S., France, China, and Britain.










Let's just keep walking, no big discontinuities, nothing is broken, and if it isn't broken, don't try to fix it. We are in a continual improvement vector. The strategic ownershio has been decided, bringing security to Russia and defined areas where foreign money can play. This brings legitimate safe defined opportunities for investors and benefits for Russia. So lets keep going, set the KPIs and monitor them.
