Those lawsuits will still be cheap compared to his eventual divorce.

I agree, Mark has been Zuckered into marriage which is nothing but a financial trap in the western world.

Is good to reread the news in western media, BBC for example, a day before listing of Facebook, to see what a sheme they create around it to wet the ganancy of small investors. Something like a fellow co-owner of FB to change nationality to avoid tax, etc. creating a myth that the shares are almost a sure win.

Madoff, a christian, was the president of Nasdaq during the time of "dot.com" bubble, and this Mr. Zuckerberg, also a christian, trying to sell us his creation Facebook to the World. Isnt it too much coincidence with those christians of wall street? By the way, who knows how facebook make profit? And, by the way, those investments banks that make this listing sheme in Nasdaq are also christians banks?

People who worship money always end up destroying themselves. Just looking at his eyes the guy looks possessed.

All the people who bought FB shares and are now complaining are totalt IDOTS. I've never invested in shares and i never will invest in such sham.  This whole economic system is the biggest, fraudulent backdoor sham in human history!

Well that's too bad then. You play with the big boys on wall street, you get screwed over. Start trying to take your country back from the bankers, rather than loosing your money in a glorified circus where everyone runs around like baboons chanting, "Profit! Profit!"

Look at this guy, what a criminal fraud I think.

He's probably shorting FB already and planned it all in advance to profit off this collapse, knowing FB is worthless, its a ****ing hopeless case & going nowhere fast.

Insider trading & scams like this is usually a safe crime for rich people. He'll just get a 'slap on the wrist' if caught -- never seeing prison time, prison is only for the lowclass/middleclass commoners.

I'm sure that, if the share price had gone up, they wouldn't have bat an eyelid about lack of disclosure! If they winge so much, they shouldn't play big boy games! Anyone thinking that FB's IPO price was not inflated is careless with their or someone else's money. I just hope it's not mine!

Specifically, the complaint alleges that Facebook’s potential financial implications were only revealed to professional investors and not to the general public.
--------- -------------------- ---
I'd like to hear Max Keiser's view on this statement. But IPOs are insider games only. The general public does not have access to the goodies. There is no free market, only for corporations. Corporations have usurped the role of the constitutionally-pro tected citizen, and the citizen is treated as an inanimate object without human rights.
