Kigayashi 18 July, 2007, 12:56	Children are the future hope of any society/nation and especially so in RF, what with its demographic problems.The society and the Central/Regional government/s should make it expedient for all who want to adopt such children by granting them monetary/state awards/recognitions in such a way that encourage people to adopt and give birth to MORE CHILDREN.
