It is merely a neo-imperialist tool of the US in its long term war stategy of a direct confrontation with Russia and China. These two countries are the only major nations who exist that are not under the dictates of Washington DC. NATO has murdered far too many people in its existance, the most recent being the masacre in Libya. DESTROY AND THEN RE-BUILD!!!! And what war does??
