German prosecutors have formally charged a suspected Nazi war criminal with nearly 28,000 counts of accessory to murder.
Although the court in Munich announced the charges, it has yet to confirm when the trial of Ivan Demjanjuk will begin, Der Spiegel reported.
Ten days ago the man was pronounced fit to stand trial for "complicity to murder."
The 89-year-old Demjanjuk is accused of being a sadistic guard known as “Ivan the Terrible” at the Sobibor concentration camp in Nazi-occupied Poland. But Demjanjuk, a native of Ukraine, says he was captured by the Germans and kept as a prisoner of war.
Prosecutors, however, said among evidence they have is his Nazi identity card.
The trial is likely to begin this autumn.

@Marzipan6 ..continued I could also mention that the EU and US finances, trains and gives sanctuary to terrorist , organised crime mafia boss figures and mass murderers against Russia, Serbia, India, China virtually ever terrorist organisation on earth. US army generals with Pentagon contractor MPRI and there man Cheku ethnically cleansed the entire Serb population of Krijina in Croatia in 95. You don’t seem to mind creating a mafia terrorist state of Kosovo created through terrorism, ethnic cleansing, organised crime, torture, massacres and NATO bombardment who are involved in every criminal activity know like organ harvesting of Serb civilians and the drug and sex trafficking capital of Europe the Estonian deemed worthy of granting independence.
@Marzipan6 You come up with the same points. The descendants of those who financed the takeover of Russia and transported its massive financial reserves overseas and property run major banks and TV production companies like Robert Aschber owns the largest production company in Sweden called Strix Television and produces programs for every major channel, especially TV3 where almost all programs that aren't Hollywood produced sitcoms, talk shows (Ricky Lake and Jerry Springer) or bad movies come from Strix. It was Strix, by the way, that first came up with the idea of the show Survivor, now broadcasted also in the USA. Aschberg himself is the head of several of these usually noisy and chaotic shows and has thus been called Sweden's Michel Friedman . His maternal grandfather is the banker Olof Aschberg who helped finance the Russian Revolution and his brother, Richard Aschberg, works at Aftonbladet (the Evening Post). Robert Aschberg is furthermore an important financer of eXpo, a Swedish version of the ADL. Al Gore's father's career was financed by Armand Hammar and of course there is the world Empire of Rothschild banking media and politics.

Johnx writes, “You come up with the same points.” This is because Russian media come up with the same points time and time again, enthusiastically reporting the trying of Nazi crimes against humanity while remaining thunderously silent about the entirely similar need for trying Soviet crimes against humanity. And offering not even the least criticism about the ugly fact that not one person has ever had to answer for Soviet crimes against humanity. Russian media should certainly do the first (ie, report Nazi trials), but not leave the other undone (ie, highlight the imperative for Russia to do the same in regard to Soviet crimes). I try to redress the balance, and since Russian media’s imbalance is always the same, its remedy, of necessity, must also be the same. Meanwhile, the contents of your post fails to address all aspects of the issue altogether.
